Highlights, Scores and Recaps for Tuesday, April 14th, 2015

Douglas ace Jesus Luzardo pitched a two-hitter and also drove in a run to power the Eagles to a 2-0 win over Wellington on Tuesday. It was the fifth win in a row for the Eagles (18-4).

Michael Schappell tossed a complete game with eight strikeouts to lead West Broward to a 4-0 win over Mater Academy. Richie Garcia had two hits and three RBIs.

Nathan Pawelczyk went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBIs, and Colin Durkin added a three-run hit as Cardinal Gibbons held off Chaminade-Madonna 7-6.

Hassan Westbrook went 4-for-4 with a double, triple and seven RBIs to power Fort Lauderdale to a 14-4 win over South Broward.
