St. Thomas Aquinas showed no love to opposing catchers on Valentine’s Day, as they ran their way to another victory over Coral Springs Christian Friday night. With the team totaling eight bases swiped, St. Thomas won 9-1. In the first district game for Westminster Academy, Weston Clemente helped lead his team to a 12-2 win over Oxbridge. Clemente shined both at the plate and on the mound, where he threw four innings and struck out five. Showing off the pop in his bat, Clemente went 2-for-4 with a home run and three runs scored. At the plate he went 2-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored and four RBIs. Adding to the offense was Gabe Delgado who went 2-for-2, with two stolen bases and a hit by pitch. Sam Etter also added to the efforts by going 3-for-3 at the plate with two RBIs, and a hit by pitch. Also going deep for Westminster was Trace Norkus. Zach Warienus went 2-for-2 with a RBI and hit by pitch.

Teddy Meissner went 4-for-4 as Grant Laue held Coral Springs Christian scoreless in five innings of work. In Laue's effort he struck out six and allowed three hits. Carter White went 2-for-3 for the Aquinas in their 9-1 victory.
