Spring Break tournaments always seem to bring out the best in a baseball player, and Wednesday’s collection of games in the county and elsewhere in the state backed that up. Among the big performances: Andy Rohloff pitched a one-hitter with five strikeouts as Monarch beat Santaluces in the Coral Springs Classic; Touki Toussaint struck out 12 in six innings and also doubled and drove in a run to help Coral Springs Christian win in the National High School Invitational in Cary, N.C.; Brandon Laboy went 4-for-4 with four RBIs and a double in Coral Springs Charter’s victory over American in the Hall of Fame Classic; and Gentry Fortuno led Flanagan to a win over Manatee by tossing a complete-game five-hitter with six strikeouts in the Sarasota Classic…
