Highlights, Scores and Recaps for Tuesday, March 10th, 2015

Ravi Bakhai went 3-for-4, scored and delivered the game-winning hit to give Pine Crest a 4-3 win over Coral Springs Charter in a 4A-14 game Tuesday. Charter rallied for three runs in the top of the seventh to tie it at 3 before Bakhai came up with the decisive hit. Pine Crest improved to 5-3 in the district to remain in second place behind Calvary Christian.

Joey Cutrone earned the win as Cooper City beat Cypress Bay 5-3 in an 8A-12 game. It was the second district win for the Cowboys.

Max Lazar pitched a four-hitter with nine strikeouts for Coral Springs in its 2-0 win over Coral Glades in an 8A-11 matchup. The result leaves the teams tied for third at 2-3 in the district.
