North Broward Prep is proud to have earned their first regional championship berth in school history. The Eagles play Friday at Gulliver Prep at 4 P.M. with a state berth on the line.

Highlands Christian is no stranger to regional play, advancing for the 7th time in the past 10 seasons. Friday, the Knights (15-10) will play at Miami Brito in a Class 1A regional final.

Class 4A defending state champion Archbishop McCarthy cruised to a 12-2 win in six innings over Belen Jesuit. The Mavericks play at Key West on Friday in a regional semifinal.

Defending Class 6A state champion Flanagan (23-2) cruised to a 17-0 win over South Plantation (11-13) in the regional quarterfinal. The Falcons host West Broward on Friday.

Coral Springs Christian won its second straight District 14-2A title following a marathon, 10-inning 5-3 win over Calvary Christian Academy. Both teams advance to regional play.

Pompano Beach cruised to a win over Pine Crest to advance to the District 14-3A semifinals, where it will face top-seed North Broward Prep on Tuesday night.

Douglas (17-3) outlasted host St. Thomas Aquinas (11-8) 19-14 in an offensive marathon that featured nine total home runs and 32 total hits.

Pembroke Pines Charter (9-9) hit four homers and had twenty-two hits en route to a 20-10 non-district win over Piper on Wednesday night.

Archbishop McCarthy (20-3) scored three runs in the 7th to defeat Florida Christian (17-4) 11-8 in the inaugural “Field of Dreams” showcase played at Sun Life Stadium, on Monday.

Saturday’s showcase between Archbishop McCarthy (19-3) and Florida Christian (18-3) at Sun Life Stadium has been postponed to Monday, April 18th at 3:30 P.M.
The Paladins shuffled the District 11-6A standings once again Thursday evening when they blanked South Broward 4-0 behind a strong performance by Brandon Burgess.

Junior Colton Rogers had an RBI double in the 8th inning and earned the win in relief as CS Charter (13-8, 3-5) defeated host North Broward Prep (15-6, 6-2), 5-4.
Junior pitcher Chris Flores struck out ten and Chaminade-Madonna survived a late rally to defeat Somerset Academy 6-4 in a District 15-3A contest Monday night.
South Plantation cracked two home runs and had nine hits as it shutout Piper 10-0 in a crucial District 11-6A game. Junior Brandon Burgess had nine strikeouts, picking up the win.
