The North team scored three runs in the top of the ninth to nip the South 9-6 in the BCAA Senior All-Star Game at Pat McQuaid Field at Nova High Wednesday night.

Tyler Henning led McArthur to a District 11-6A title with a 7-2 record. The Mavericks ace had a stellar senior season that has now won him our District Player of the Year honor.

Tyler Draughon pitched 4 and 2/3’s innings of relief for West Broward as they beat District Champions McArthur and advance to the regional semifinal.

McArthur dominated a one-sided match-up between the top two teams in District 11-6A. The Mustangs defeated South Plantation 10-0 in five innings to win the district title.

In a pitcher’s duel every play could win the game, this time McArthur pulled it out over Plantation and will advance to the district championship game.

McArthur defeated South Broward 3-2 in come from behind fashion Tuesday to take the lead in District 11-6A. Jose Ortiz pitched a complete game to lead the Mustangs.

Plantation picked up a big district win Tuesday on the strength of Mark Ramcharitar’s arm. The Colonels moved within one game of the district lead with a 10-2 win over McArthur.

McArthur established themselves as the team to beat in District 11-6A with a 12-2 victory over South Broward. The win moves the Mustangs to 4-0 in district play.

Tyler Henning pitched McArthur to a 3-1 district win over Piper Thursday, avenging a tough loss to the Bengals last season.

McArthur’s Dylan Segula highlighted a day of blowouts in Broward County by throwing a no-hitter in a 21-0 rout of Hollywood Hills.
