While many players appeared to have bigger offensive numbers than Jason Hepple, none were able to match his per-at-bat ratios. Jason hit .581, while blasting fourteen home runs for Highlands Christian this season. His 1.34 slugging percentage was tops in Broward County. In addition, Hepple added a .710 on-base percentage, one of the best that Broward has ever seen in a single season.

Jason was walked twenty-five times, drove in forty-four runs, and scored another thirty-five. His eight stolen bases and strong arm behind the plate showed that Hepple was one of the few five-tool players in the county this season.
